Foxtrot Project

Need suggestions for a ballroom Christmas song Foxtrot or Swing?

To: Ballroom dancers/instructors, people who know what i'm talking about! I'm a ballroom dance student me and my instructor are planning to do a Holiday Showcase at our studio, and I need ideas on Christmas songs that are foxtrots and/or swing dances. I would need the song title and artist and album (if known). It can be any holiday song- something upbeat or more modern would be preferred as well... thanks!

  1. I haven't checked the tempo, but "Santa Baby" either Eartha Kitt's original version, Cynthia Basinet's cover, or one of the more recent ones, would be perfect for a showcase number.
  2. I have something in mind but its not just ballroom, the title is 'all i want 4 Christmas is u' a remix by Mariah Carey it's not boring at all. actually u can mix ballroom (swing) & hiphop at the same time (isn't nice?). Hope I helped u, have fun dancing
