what kind of exercise does foxtrot give you?
i have to do a 1500 word essay on the history of ballroom dancing..and i need help..preferably someone who knows alot of help..please help!

Good glossary of terms is on www.ballroomdancers.com Foxtrot was originally danced to a variety of different tempos. What survived nowdays is Slowfox and Quickstep. Slowfox is AKA International Foxtrot. There is also American foxtrot which is danced to a slightly faster music than Slowfox.
