1. Look at the first letter of each word...
2. F = foxtrot U = Uniform C = Charlie K = Kilo Thats used on coordinate maps.. instaed of saying 'F' over a radio, it could get confused, so they use names that cant be mixed up.
3. These are standard phonetics alphabets. If you just retreive the first letter from each word, you end up with a word that is commonly treated as a vulgarity. :)
