  1. First off THANK YOU for joining the military to help protect our country! Be proud of what you have chosen to do! Your recruiter should have told you about everything you wanted to know! PLEASE find out about this thru Him or Her before you sign anything else!
  2. find out on your own, moron! signing up for an MOS that you don't have the foggiest idea about? Did you do your research beforehand? talk to a veteran?
  3. 13F (Forward Observer) is already a pretty good job if you want excitement. You go out an sit on OP's (Observation Posts) and watch artillery rounds hit to make sure the guns are shooting straight. You can also get attached to other units to support them by doing call for fire and close air support. Add in the Airborne and Ranger option, and you will be in the field constantly! It is a great job if you want something where you will rarely be bored. But if you dont make a career of it, you wont have many career fields to choose from when you get out.
